Pittsburgh Homes Daily

The New York Times is reporting that A Chill is in the Air for Sellers.  However, someone must have forgot to tell people in my neighborhood, since a number of houses have just come on the market for spring.  I’ll have to check what price they are asking for, but I imagine they are on the high side of the neighborhood.

I guess this is both good and bad news for me.  I need to sell my home here … but buy a home in Pittsburgh.  We’ve had a little price appreciation here since I bought it … so I am still going to put a few dollars in my pocket.  I’ve heard that prices didn’t inflate as quickly in Pittsburgh as other places, so I don’t expect them to collapse either before or after I buy.  For me, it’s probably a wash.
