For those that didn’t know, I’m getting my house ready to put on the market.  I’ve spent the last few days gardening and everything is blooming nicely today, the first sunny day since Wednesday here.  Now that the outside is looking nice, it is time to turn to the inside of the home.  I’ll try to put some pictures up later today.

In more depressing home news, the plumber is on his way over.  We discovered water on the basement floor.  We talked to the neighbor last night and we think it just needs to be snaked.  They say they have someone come every year because they had problems in the past.  Wish someone had told us that!  Hopefully, that is all it is, because we don’t need a big bill and another item to put on the seller’s disclosure.
