Rugby Realty has announced that it is planning to put condominiums (as well as first floor retail stores) at 21st and Smallman. Awaiting city approval and the completion of the purchase, it expects that construction could begin in a year to 18 months, reports the Pittsburgh Tribune-Review.
A number of new residential options in the Strip District have sprung up recently or are in the works.
