There are good and bad things to every city. 

If you are looking for a smaller city that has a good public transportation system, try Pittsburgh!  Its public transportation system ranks 19th in terms of the number of riders even though Pittsburgh ranks 57th in population.

There’s even going to be transportation from Fayette County into Pittsburgh soon, according to the Pittsburgh Tribune-Review.

Unfortunately, the Port Authority of Allegheny County has an expected budget deficit of $31.5 million over the next fiscal year, according to the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette.  It seems to be a recurring problem.  Let’s hope they get it together!
