The Urban Design Associates plan for Fifth & Forbes / Market Square is available at the Urban Redevelopment Authority website.  The draft is open for public comment for the next two weeks.  Early news articles have focused on the rerouting of downtown buses and the development of two transit centers.  It has been covered by both the Pittsburgh Tribune-Review and the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette.
