Pittsburgh is getting ready for company

The City of Pittsburgh has launched a website to encourage Pittsburgh residents to get ready for visitors during All-Star Week: http://www.city.pittsburgh.pa.us/redduppgh/
The most important lesson to learn from the website though is that from the Mexican War Streets story: Keeping a neighborhood clean is a full time job!  Don’t stop after the All-Star Game!

If you are looking for a smaller city that has a good public transportation system, try Pittsburgh!  Its public transportation system ranks 19th in terms of the number of riders even though Pittsburgh ranks 57th in population.
