The URA and Ferchill Group are in talks for a new building at the Pittsburgh Technology Center.  The URA has also set an October deadline for Millcraft and a 5th-Forbes redevelopment plan.

The Clark Building on Liberty Avenue, home to the Pittsburgh Culinary Institute, sold to a NY investor.

The Post-Gazette is excited about wireless downtown and the North Shore Connector.
