Things to Do:
This weekend, a plane tour of Pittsburgh for charity sounds like great fun.
Next weekend is the Ninth Annual Manchester House and Garden Tour.

Developments:
Oxford Development, a Monroeville developer, is considering selling some of its real estate in Pittsburgh.
There will be talk August 14th about a Riverfront Park for Moon, Coraopolis, and Robinson.
In Robinson, Robinson Park Associates and Faison Enterprises Inc are turning a 77 acre property into a retail center, called Settlor’s Ridge .
An audit by the city controller has put the Urban Redevelopment Authority on the defensive.  Apparently, it has owned some properties for 30 years and doesn’t keep accurate track of what it owns.
There’s another story of reclamation in the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette today.  A portion of Settlor’s Cabin Park will be turned into a botanic garden.

Other News:
The judge denied the injunction to halt the foreclosure sale of Third East Hills Park.
The Pittsburgh Post-Gazette featured an Edgewood home today.
