I was catching up on the previous week of posts from the Carnival of Real Estate when I came across a very helpful post about home staging from Free the Drones.  According to the Pittsburgh Tribune-Review, home stagers help houses sell faster, for more money.

I thought that I would add a few more links for those interested in staging their home for sale since the topic fell along the lines of my entry to this week’s carnival about selling a home in a cooling market.

If you are the do it yourself type, the internet provides a host of tips for staging your home.  A few sources that I found valuable were Mortgage News Daily’s eight home staging tips, Bankrate’s staging your home for a sale, and the ABC News series from April which included tips for staging your home.

If you aren’t up to the job yourself, you can hire an expert in real estate staging.  I found five websites of individuals that stage homes around Pittsburgh.  They are:
