The Los Angeles Times has the poll results from the Associated Press-AOL Real Estate poll on public attitudes about shopping for homes, which was conducted Sept. 26-28.
Highlights:
- 26% thought it somewhat likely or better that they would buy a home in the next 2 years.
- 45% thought the housing market was “priced about right” in their area.
- Only 18% thought housing prices in their area would go down over the next two years.
