Somehow I knew that it was budget time.

First, there was the article at the top of the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette website about an offer by the Pittsburgh Transportation Group to pay for Yellow Cabs to use the busways.

Then there was an article about the city considering allow corporations to sponsor garbage trucks.  

Finally, the City of Pittsburgh and Allegheny County have created a group to study how to be more efficient.

At least the City of Pittsburgh is looking for alternative revenue sources.
