Hollywood hits Pittsburgh: The Kill Pit

Manchester Home Tour: A Halloween Treat

Mid-Season Steelers Pep Rally

Bakery Square: A Walnut Capital project in East Liberty

Walnut Capital has asked the Urban Redevelopment Authority for tax breaks in the redevelopment of the former Nabisco factory in East Liberty, according to the Pittsburgh Tribune-Review.

The Price is Right: According to 45% of Poll Respondents

The Los Angeles Times has the poll results from the Associated Press-AOL Real Estate poll on public attitudes about shopping for homes, which was conducted Sept. 26-28.
Highlights:

26% thought it somewhat likely or better that they would buy a home in the next 2 years.
45% thought the housing market was “priced about right” in their area.
