T’was the night before Halloween, when even the moon,
Noticed Sellsius stopped stirring, stumped by a spoon.
The bloggers were waiting by their computers with care,
In hopes that wise Sellsius soon would be there.
The Realtors were nestled all snug in their beds.
While visions of candy and commissions danced in their heads.
And Real Estate Tomato with his stories, and St. Paul Real Estate with her pumpkins,
Had just settled in for a well deserved rest.
When out of my RSS reader there arose such a clatter,
I sprang to my chair to see what was the matter.
Right to the monitor my eyes flew like a flash,
Tore past the spam and clicked it open with a dash,
When, what to my wondering eyes should appear,
But the real estate bubble, rising too near,
I knew in a moment all investers would be doomed,
But Sellsius shouted out with a boom:
“There is no spoon, can’t you see!
Take the red pill, before it gets me.”
Suddenly, everything around me was clear,
The real estate bubble had started to veer.
The bubble bloggers had put down their pens,
The big dot coms were happy in the same den,
But where, oh where, have you gone, Sellsius?
Was I too late? Did I take the wrong pill?
I promise to link you up, as much as I can
If you’ll fill my inbox with something other than spam!
Just one blog entry would make my day,
A sign that the headless horseman did not get his way!
Just a little Friday fun. If Sellsius doesn’t post tomorrow, it will be the longest period without an update to Sellsius since February.

Excellent! The Sellsius boys have created more buzz by NOT posting than they do by posting! Only they could pull off something like that. Brilliant!!
Oh, and Go Broncos…

As Robert Frost said, “Poetry is when an emotion has found its thought and the thought has found words.“ A brilliant poem indeed. What can we say? Thank You PHD! [...]
