It’s always fun to do something a bit different.  Last Friday, I experimented with poetry.  Today, I’m practicing my advertising slogans. 

The home valuation tool central to Zillow has been under attack as misleading recently, and Sellsius has unleashed 12 entries on the matter today.

Zillow and their legal team are probably hard at work trying to make the complaint go away, if I know lawyers.  In order to help them out, and save us all from a very long winded legal disclaimer that will probably have little effect, here’s 5 new sanitized slogans for them to consider using as part of their disclaimer: 

Zillow:  Zestimate with Care.
Zillow:  Not a Replacement for a Real Appraisal.
Zillow:  Slightly Better Than Just Guessing.
Zillow:  Getting Closer by the Day.
Zillow:  Use only under the Direction of a Licensed Professional.
