My feed reader picked up a news story about a new real estate website focused (for now) on the Albany, NY market called 4anagent.com that launched Nov. 10, 2006.  I haven’t registered for the website (both agents and customers must register), but based on the news story in the Business Review, it appears to allow sellers to post a listing that they desire a real estate agent.  It’s free for sellers, but there’s an annual or monthly fee for real estate agents to bid for the right to be their agent.

Since I haven’t registered yet, the details are still a little sketchy.  I imagine that it is along the same lines as HungryAgents.com.
