I never would have guessed that Monroeville had the largest shopping mall in the country when it was built 35 years ago. But that’s not the only thing that I learned about Monroeville in this article in the Pittsburgh Tribune-Review.
It turns out that the number of professional / engineering jobs is increasing in the Monroeville area, thanks to the regional infrastucture and Pittsburgh’s emergence as a “center for nuclear power design” and a “hub for chemical research and development.”
Great news!
