After publishing my list of 750 real estate blogs, one issue as I go forward is how to handle the problem of inactive blogs. My original thought was to drop the blog from the list — if there are no posts in X months. One suggestion has been to put an (I) next to the blog. I haven’t decided whether that is the best method or not.
An alternative that I thought of yesterday was to hold a “Real Estate Blog Wake-Up Day.” It would probably be the same amount of work for me - and might just kickstart a few bloggers that had fallen out of the habit.

HOLY COW… the “redding-up” (I told you I was from Pgh.) you have to do to maintain this list is a HUGE task.
