You’ve got to know a good thing when you see it.  That’s my conclusion after a couple days of thought concerning this week’s editorial in the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette, Negative Pittsburgh.

Homestead
Homestead is looking for proposals to redevelop 45 properties that it owns, according to the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette.  Looks like they are trying to build on the success of the Waterfront, an entertainment and shopping area built on the site of a former steel mill.
McKeesport
The State of Pennsylvania awarded McKeesport $4.4 million in loans and grants [...]
