New Penguins Arena Transparency

Last night, the Urban Design Associates and the Pittsburgh Penguins held a meeting to get input from residents on the development of the new Penguins arena. No IDX for pittsburgh agents

The local MLS for Pittsburgh / Western Pennsylvania has decided that as of Dec. 15th, only the websites of principal brokers may display information available from the West Penn Multi-List’s Internet Data Exchange (IDX). Real estate agents are permitted to link to their broker’s website but may not frame the data or otherwise display their contact information.
