New Penguins Arena Transparency

Last night, the Urban Design Associates and the Pittsburgh Penguins held a meeting to get input from residents on the development of the new Penguins arena. Pittsburgh’s Top Honors

Wired Magazine named Pittsburgh one of the 10 top tech towns in the country, along with Seattle, San Francisco, and others. 
Cooking Light magazine named Pittsburgh 13th on its list of the 20 Best Cities in America, which was looking for the finest in healthful cuisine and lifestyle.

No IDX for pittsburgh agents

The local MLS for Pittsburgh / Western Pennsylvania has decided that as of Dec. 15th, only the websites of principal brokers may display information available from the West Penn Multi-List’s Internet Data Exchange (IDX).  Real estate agents are permitted to link to their broker’s website but may not frame the data or otherwise display their contact information.
